Alix is a senior undergraduate at Salve Regina University, pursuing degrees in history and film. Additionally, she completed an intensive course in business and filmmaking at the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, under the guidance of Professor Kim Sherman (p.g.a.). She recently completed a semester abroad at St. Mary's University in London. Alix has a passion for international sports history, particularly in the context of sex testing during the Cold War and its impact on the press and multimedia outlets.
Alix’s passion for subjects such as women's issues, the climate crisis, and immigration stories prioritizes diverse, ethical, and equitable reporting, as well as a kind and respectful on-set environment, throughout her film projects. She is a freelancer for Ocean State Stories and presented at a university-led conference. She has expanded her interest in books into screen historical adaptations, specifically in directing, producing, and screenwriting. She has attended virtual events with Sundance Collab and the College Student Summit at the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Foundation. She is a volunteer for newportFILM. She is fluent in English and French; her interests include media management, producing for film and television, and entertainment law.
In December 2025, Alix presented her senior thesis capstone presentation - “Racing for Recognition: The Tennessee State Tigerbelles and the Cold War Politics of Representation at the 1960 Rome Olympics
